Using stylistic elements of a classic Jack Kirby fare and thematic elements of Mike Mignola, Light Brigade is a unique romp through World War II with a platoon of American soldiers who are given a special mission to recover the Sword of God before the fallen angels and a host of Nazi troops can take hold of it! Writer Peter J. Tomasi (Green Lantern Corps) and artist Peter Snejbjerg have crafted a fun book that could stand as a strong argument to get them a Hellboy or BPRD story if they wanted. Light Brigade is a solid book only the hardcore fans will talk about.
