One of the best and most popular Batman stories in recent history is back! Jeph Loeb, writer of Batman: Long Halloween, created Hush near the end of his relevant days as a comic writer. Now he’s known primarily for simply squeezing in as many cameos as possible so that we can see Ed McGuiness draw every character out there. Can you believe there was a time when such tomfoolery didn’t come at the expense of a good story? It’s true and Hush was one of Loeb’s last stories worth reading. Of course the book has been available for years…only you had to buy it in two parts. Now DC has released it as it should have been, as one glorious volume! Jim Lee’s art is shiny and polished, while the story is full of twists, turns and exciting cliffhangers. No Bat-fan should be without a copy.
